This policy explains how 420★JAH GUIDE / DUB MEDITATION DUB (the “Store”) handles personal information in connection with this website and the products sold on it.

2. Information we obtain

• Order information: name, shipping address, email address and phone number entered when you place an order.
• Order details: the item, size, amount paid and order date.
• Enquiries: the name, email address and message you send through the contact form.

We do not ask for your credit card number on this website, and we never receive or store full card details.

3. How we use it

• To ship the products you ordered and to handle delivery.
• To contact you about your order (confirmation, shipping notice, stock or delivery issues).
• To answer enquiries sent through the contact form.
• To keep the records required by law, such as those relating to transactions and accounting.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its group companies. When you press the purchase button you are taken to Stripe’s hosted checkout page, where your shipping address, contact details and card information are entered directly into Stripe’s system. Card information is handled by Stripe and is never held by the Store. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

5. Where order information is kept

Order and customer information is stored in the Stripe dashboard operated by Stripe, and the Store refers to it there for shipping and support. The Store does not maintain a separate customer database on this website.

6. Contact form

Information you send through the contact form is used only to reply to your enquiry and for any follow-up it requires. It is not used for advertising or newsletters without your consent.

7. Providing information to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to complete your order — for example passing your shipping address to the delivery company, or passing payment information to the payment provider described above.

8. Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for advertising or access analysis. Stripe’s checkout page may use cookies for fraud prevention and to operate the payment flow. If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated.

9. Disclosure, correction and deletion

If you would like us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete the personal information we hold about you, please contact katsuji@rubadub-tokyo.com. We will confirm your identity and respond within a reasonable period.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the service changes or as required by law. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
